Frequency Ranges & CE Standards
Conducted testing occupies a narrow but critical slice of the spectrum, and which standard applies depends entirely on the product's market and industry. This module zooms into that frequency window and walks through the seven standards you're most likely to encounter.
Most commercial conducted-emission testing covers 150 kHz to 30 MHz, sitting inside a broader EMC spectrum that runs from 9 kHz up to 300 MHz and beyond (where radiated testing takes over). Below 150 kHz, conducted limits are less commonly imposed on commercial products but do appear in military and some international standards down to 9 kHz.
